The company has spent 40,000 on a client system that can relay credit histories via the web or email direct to clients PCs.
ICSM has more than 700,000 records on printing companies, listing company CCJs, credit checks, London Gazette listings plus information on directors.
ICSM office manager Sarah Butler said: This system not only makes it easier for us to enter and record information, but it is also easier for our clients to make regular checks. We still have to educate printers to attach a debt to a record and they have to remember to send out a credit application form before they deal with a new client. This system will make the process much easier.
