Arnott (pictured) was previously a business consultant at Xerox Global Services (XGS) and will head up the South Yorkshire-based firm’s operations team in the new role.
He said: “My aim is to create a centre of excellence. My vision for operations is based on evolution, through the establishment of sound service management principles and improving the existing management structure.”
Managing Director Judith Fox added: “We are delighted to welcome Neil to the company and into this key role.”
