The 24-staff company, based in north London, was asked by Dubai-based publisher MediaQuest to produce 5,000 8pp tabloid copies per day for the duration of the show, from 22-28 July.
HM Printers managing director Peter Edwards said: The files came in at 6.30pm and the completed newspapers had to leave by 3.30am. Weve been asked to do worse, but there wasnt much room for mistakes.
The newspapers, which were produced on the companys B1 and B2 Heidelbergs, were then delivered to London and Heathrow hotels by 4am. MediaQuest has already asked HM Printers to produce the daily newspaper for the next Farnborough Airshow in 2004.
