High Court shuts down screen and banner firms

EP Digital and Screen and Print 88 have been closed in the High Court following an investigation by the Companies Investigation branch of the Insolvency Service.

Both firms are screen and banner companies based in Yeovil.

EP Digital was wound up with debts of £350,000 and failed to pay money owed to creditors. Print 88 failed to pay over employee PAYE liabilities.
