It follows nine months of negotiations and Hi Gloss will now be co-owned by managing director Alex Thompson and finance director Paul Phillips.
The company is entering an exciting period and we will look to invest in new equipment and skills, said Hi Gloss chairman Barry Walker.
The firms services include laminating, varnishing, foil blocking, die cutting and embossing. It also provides creasing, perforating, folding and gluing.
