The delegation was given a guided tour of Hawthornes New Basford premises by production director Mike Marriott and marketing manager Aubrey Williams.
Bob Nicholls, project manager of the Nottingham-based Print Media & Graphics Network, said there was "much common ground" and that many of the challenges faced by East Midlands printers were also present in Russia.
