The Bristol-based firm is using the machine, which was commissioned earlier this month, to produce shelf ticketing and other promotional items for retailers.
Hartcliffe is part of the PoS display division of Havelock Europa. The division also includes Letchworth-based large-format screen and digital printer Showcard Print and Showcard Display, which produces merchandising display systems.
Havelock Europa released its interim results this week. Group turnover increased 20.3% to 40.3m with pre-tax profit increasing from 83,000 to 214,000. Turnover for the point-of-sale display division fell 4% to 11.8m. The firm said contribution to profit "remained in line with budget".
Showcard Print managing director Jim Fletcher has also taken charge of Hartcliffe.
The group has recently reclassified under the support services sector of the LSE.
