The East London site, which has been built to print The Guardian and The Observer in a Berliner format, will install the proofing set-up in the next week.
The deal includes two installations of the Cyclone Visual Proofer, a package launched at the show which includes Visual Proofer and Digital Proofer software, a digitally controlled viewing booth and ISO 21in colour-calibrated screens.
Three Hewlett-Packard 1050 ink-jet proofers will also be installed at the site, along with ProofSure, which allows users to remotely check the specifications of the hard-copy proofer.
Colorbus general manager Nick Gilmore described the deal as "excellent news".
He added that a new version of ProofSure which remotely checks soft-proofing specifications will launch in "four to five weeks".
