The agreement was first narrowly rejected in February, which led to further negotiations taking place between GPMU officials, headed by general president Ray Williams, and paper industry employers.
The agreement was put back to a ballot of members again following consultations with paper mill union representatives and branch officers.
A strong recommendation was made by the joint unions negotiating panel to accept the offer.
Should the offer have been rejected, members working under the agreement would have been balloted on taking industrial action.
