Chief executive Bob Brown, the former chief executive of Heidelberg Web Systems, said: We will consider business growth opportunities both organically and via acquisition, within and outside our core newspaper press systems activities.
We recognise that in a consolidating market, acquisition opportunities will present themselves and Goss will evaluate those opportunities.
Last week Heidelberg admitted to PrintWeek that it was in open talks with Goss regarding the Web Systems business (PrintWeek, 11 September).
