The US press manufacturer displayed a unit of the 32pp Sunday 3000 web, with 2x8 cylinder configuration, at the Chicago show. It's the first time a former Heidelberg web press unit has been shown with the Goss badge since Goss's acquisition of Heidelberg Web in August.
At the moment the machine still has the familiar Heidelberg grey livery, as opposed to the Goss blue, but that may change, said a spokesman on the Goss stand. "Goss isn't that fussy about colour, we'll even do custom colours, but we probably will do something with [the livery]," he said.
For those wanting to rebrand their own press Goss was handing out magnetic badges as a gift to visitors to its stand.
