The move to gravure has also led to a change of paper supplier, from Myllykoski to Stora Enso. Graphic Facilities will continue to handle the repro.
Myllykoski Sales (UK) managing director Ari Antsalo said that, although the contract involved 5,000 tonnes a year, he was not worried by the news.
Although it was quite a sizeable contract we do have others we are looking at, he said. Stora Enso recently converted several existing paper machines over to the production of gravure grades.
