The firm, which specialises in the rip-once output-many (ROOM) arena, was set up in January.
Managing director Bruce Dransfield was formerly Artquest European manager, while sales director Neil Bather was Dantex Graphics pre-press systems manager.
Dransfield said: "We are looking at several areas around pre-press dot-to-dot proofing, raster-proofing and workflow. Also the creation of secure or ripped PDFs."
He said the company was talking to a number of pre-press suppliers, but could not reveal details of the negotiations at this stage.
