The firm will be known as etrinsic from Monday (15 April). Its e-commerce systems include COOOL (call off orders online), OASIS (obtain a source in seconds), and EI (electronic information) reporting.
Hollender, pictured with founder and chief executive Colin Davies, joined from Netgates Group, which provides e-commerce systems and web design. He has also worked for Canon and Xerox.
