Flint Ink Europe has signed a five-year joint agreement with West Ferry and Trafford Park Printers to become their sole ink supplier.
The projected first-year volume of over 5,000 tonnes is expected to grow over the course of the contract, which is an extension of an existing deal.
The plants produce over 40m newspapers a week, including The Daily Telegraph and The Guardian.
Flint said the deal marked a significant growth in its European operations since the acquisition of Manders three years ago.
