Information will be produced concerning the changes that will occur as an effect of globalisation.
The parties will also discuss possible ways to promote em-ployment, productivity, local issues and good practices in the paper industry.
Finnish permanent secretary of the Ministry of Finance Raimo Sailas chairs the working group.
It also includes representatives from UPM, Stora Enso and the Finnish Forest Industries Federation.
It is expected to report its findings by the end of May this year.
The globalisation dialogue was called for as part of the collective agreement signed on 1 July last year, following the Finnish paper dispute.
