"It performs almost three times the speed of its nearest competitor," said director John Proudfoot.
"Because of this we will be able to meet customer deadlines and improve profit through increasing the amount of finished work we produce."
The Berkshire-based firm's 30,000 A4sph crea-ser/slitter/perforator has been set up inline with the its Duplo System 4000 bookletmaker. The machine replaces an earlier DCM creaser.
"We do contract work that involves quite a few booklets every week and the old machine was beginning to struggle reliability wise," said production manager Andrew Watts.
