AMI Supplies managing director Howard Fairless has left the company.
The firm is understood to be under the control of new owners, although further details were unavailable at the time of writing.
Fairless future plans are unknown.
Last year AMI Technology, the digital and litho hardware arm of the then-AMI Group, was placed into receivership. The Supplies business was unaffected.
