EskoArtwork targets improved collaboration with WebCenter 10

EskoArtwork has released the latest version of its online collaboration and approval tool for the print and packaging industries, WebCenter 10.

The upgrade includes greater connectivity with Esko's Automation Engine software, which automates repetitive tasks, to facilitate greater data sharing.

Dave Hicks, owner of creative packaging design agency DCP UK, which beta-tested the software, cited the integration with other EskoArtwork software as one of the main benefits of the version update.

"Ultimately there should be time savings in terms of the interaction with the automation software from EskoArtwork and the customisation of customer projects which, to a large degree, is taking some of the onus off us," he added.

EskoArtwork has also redesigned the user interface for WebCenter 10 to make it easier to use and to speed up the approval process. Changes include a configurable user interface, user-specific work spaces and viewer preferences.
