Elements has sold three of its divisions and closed most of the rest.
Farnborough-based print-on-demand chain Colourflow has bought two of the London sites - Elements West End and the large-format division, which was previously Big Bills.
"Elements fits in beautifully with what we are trying to do," said Colourflow finance director Ian Coburn.
The Leeds branch of Elements has been bought back by its former owner Howard Dean.
"I've been involved for 18 years. I didn't want to see it go down," he said.
It is now known as Progressive Print Solutions (PPS). "Everyone in Leeds knows us as PPS from before the Elements days," said Dean.
Elements branches in Edinburgh and Cambridge and the financial print site, formerly Regent, have all closed, resulting in around 90 redundancies.
Administrative receiver Grant Thornton is looking to sell the Glasgow operation. It is registered as a separate company, called Colour Network.
