Opforma, developed by Prolatus, provides businesses with real-time decision making throughout the production process.
The web-based MIS tool collects data and sends real-time reports and email notifications, customised with relevant information.
Based on XML and supportive of JDF, it collects raw material data from production desktops as well as workflow systems, including RIPs, file transfer and asset management software.
"Publishers, cataloguers, agencies and pre-press organisations are ripe for the power of EFI Opforma as a stand-alone solution as well as an integrated offering," said Prolatus principal consultant Christopher Rywelski.
