She joins from TripleArc where she was business development director.
"Daly has a strong pedigree in print, print management and business development," said CTD chairman and chief executive Leonard Wheatley.
The move follows the firm's 2.5m investment in equipment and relocation from Twickenham, London, to Sunbury, Surrey.
Part of Daly's role will be to expand the firm's market beyond report & accounts into luxury goods.
"With that kind of work customer service and project management are critical," said Daly. "Customer service is what sets people apart, CTD has always been good, I hope to build on that.
CTD's market is familiar to Daly, who was previously sales director of St Ives Westerham Press and also worked at Astron.
