The independent Scottish manufacturer has appointed Paul Egan as operations director for its two mill sites at Guardbridge, in Fife, and Dalmore, Midlothian.
Egan, who was appointed as a board director last year, will report to managing director Alban Denton.
In an extension of his current role as technical manager, Charles Whitaker becomes group technical manager, and will act as its environmental spokesman.
John French will step up to become manufacturing manager, with responsibility for papermaking, finishing and engineering at Dalmore mill. He was previously chief engineer at Dalmore.
