CreoScitex has outlined a range of new online services that will be available to aid customers in their productivity, via its web-based business portal, eCentral.
The aim is that eCentral will provide customers with access to a whole host of web-based services, such as intelligence reports, online support, training and information sharing tools.
We are partnering with our customers to provide the online productivity management tools they need to be successful in todays market, said CreoScitex programme manager of eCentral, Justin Malcolm.
Two levels of service, Standard and Premiere,
are currently available. The Standard service is available globally, while Premiere offers additional services to CreoScitex customers in North America who work with a support agreement.
CreoScitex plans to expand these services to customers in other regions in the future.
One of the first test users of eCentral is RR Donnelley & Sons, which is using eCentral in many of its sites for troubleshooting and to request services online.
