Barton-Carroll, who has over 30 years' experience in the print industry, will be responsible for promoting Edelmann web presses, Print Concept UV solutions and Quint chiller recirculation systems at the Daventry firm.
Barton-Carroll said: "Following the demise of Janus Technologies, I wanted to follow through on excellent opportunities in the commercial web and packaging sectors. With this stable of high-quality equipment, I have every confidence of building market share for CP Graphics."
