Cox Target Media is to install two Goss Sunday 4000 Automatic Transfer presses at a new plant in Florida.
The presses will be able to run around the clock producing direct marketing coupons with on-the-fly job changes every 12 minutes.
Cox, one of the biggest media companies in the US, is aiming to more than double its current annual output of around 20bn coupons.
The presses' transfer technology involves two sets of printing units. One is taken off-impression to enable automatic plate changing when the other goes on-impression, allowing for constant production.
