The PPA will meet with the Royal Mail next week to discuss its proposals, and a final submission to Postcomm is expected by the end of this month. The proposals are now at their ninth stage and have changed throughout the discussions, so publishers are still uncertain about what they will face and there could be further movement.
While many consumer magazines featuring covermounts are sold on the newsstands and not mailed, technology magazines are often subscriber-based and feature covermounts.
