The job losses are mainly from the firms nightshift, which ran the weeklies and supplements on the companys Halley Aller. The 25 staff will leave the company tomorrow (14 December).
The titles, which include the Target series of weeklies, will now be produced on the Grimsby print centres Rockwell Universal.
The Lincolnshire Publishing Companys managing director, Malcolm Pheby, said: Advertisers, particularly in the supplements, are after more and more colour, so it made sense for them to be produced at Grimsby.
However, he said that production of the Lincolnshire Echo would be unaffected, and that it was important for the papers printing to remain in Lincoln.
We are very proud of the fact that we produce a three-edition daily here at Lincoln. We have some very good people on the print side, said Pheby.
The Lincolnshire Publishing Company employs 360 people.
