The Hinckley-based company was ranked 38 in the top 50 table, and its latest success comes just months after being named as a regional winner in the National Business Awards.
The Sunday Times has run its Best Companies to work for listing for the past three years, but this is the first year it has included a separate ranking for small to medium sized companies.
It is the only printing and graphic arts company to be included in the listings.
Checkprint is part of the TALL Group of companies, which also includes Cheshire-based TALL Security Print.
