Fanshawe Loft confirmed that it was in negotiations with a number of parties interested in the firm. They included Carlton Press, which was set up by former Carlton Offset directors including Lee Goodson and Christopher Marrable.
Carlton Press was incorporated on 11 April as Memories That Last and renamed Carlton Press.
Carlton Offsets phone number was being answered by staff that said they worked for Carlton Press.
Fanshawe Lofts insolvency manager Philip Brown said that at the time of its appointment there was already a firm called Carlton Press operating out of Carlton Offsets premises.
