Bridger buys B1 and moves site

Bridger Packaging is investing 3m in a move to new premises and the purchase of a new press.

The Letchworth-based carton manufacturer is consolidating operations under one roof, less then a mile from its old plants. It will install a five-colour B1 MAN Roland 700 with coater.

Managing director Lawrence Bridger said: "Space, or lack of it, has been holding us back."
