"We used to add two or three days when quoting lead times. The System 2000 has changed our offering dramatically because we are now equipped to meet our customers' demands more efficiently," said managing director Naeem Vance.

The Dewsbury, West Yorkshire-based litho printer was spending 600 a month on outsourcing its bookletmaking before installing the System 2000, and now plans to actively seek more bookletmaking work.

"The broader range of products we are now able to offer, will make our customers come back to us time and time again," said Vance.
