The Deptford printer is currently moving into new premises in Stratford, London that are three times bigger at 2,500m2.
The factory had belonged to Grangewood (The Total Print Solutions), which used the space as a warehouse.
Managing director Paul Mursell was previously the co-owner of Yellow Printing. However, he resigned from the firm in 2002 after differences with co-owner David Buckley.
Blue Printing specialises in telecoms and financial printing and has one B2 and two B1 Heidelberg presses, plus a B2 Komori.
Its new site is being fitted with a finishing facility, including two Heidelberg cutting and creasing lines, a Muller Martini stitching line and five B1 MBO and Stahl folders. It has also installed Screen CTP kit.
