Bezier is coming to terms with the sudden death of its managing director, David Simpson.
Simpson, who was 55, died in his sleep on 1 May. He leaves a wife and two children.
The former director of John Green/Wace Screen was part of the management team that bought the Wace print businesses in 1998 to form the Bezier group. He ran the firms screen printing businesses in Wakefield and Bristol, which are now the largest part of the business.
Chief executive Brian Dudley said Simpsons energy, enthusiasm and sense of commitment to the company have left us mourning the loss not only of a great friend, but a colleague who made an immeasurable contribution".
