Barbieri updates wide-format spectrophotometer

Barbieri has added new names to the roster of RIPs that are compatible with its spectrophotometers.

Users of Mimaki, Roland and Agfa machines can now use the Italian company's Spectro LFP Series 3 and Spectro Swing Series 2 devices.

The company said that it will soon add compatibility for CadLink's SignLab, as well as Amica ColorPrint, Serendipity Software, Inedit Néostampa and EskoArtwork Color Engine Pilot.

The devices enable printers to profile their machines for a range of substrates including flexible and rigid as well as transparent and reflective materials and support most commonly used RIPs.
