Ark-H deals with business-to-business while Diss specialises in business-to-consumer fulfilment campaigns.
Norfolk-based Diss will continue to operate at its existing site, as will Bedfordshire-based Ark-H, with a combined staff of more than 300.
"We will be able to offer clients a much more comprehensive range of services," said Stewart Oxley, Diss sales director, who will head up the combined businesses.
Ark-H acquires Bounty wing
Fulfilment and handling firm Ark-H has bought Diss Promotional Services, the high-tech fulfilment arm of Bounty UK.
