The National Sales awards, which were launched in 1997, are recognised as the UK's only professional sales awards and are attended by more than 1,500 people from a range of sectors.

The judging criteria for the category won by Arctic were to recognise new ideas and developments that enable companies to better meet the needs of their organisation and customers.

Award sponsors O2 presented the accolade to Arctic's UK managing director Simon Ricketts last month.

"This recognises the company's great achievement in the UK," he said.

The event was held at the Grosvenor House Hotel.
