Geoffrey Hocking, a director of Henley on Thames-based Viva, has emerged as a director of a new business, Breathe Marketing, also based in the town.
According to Companies House, Breathe Marketing was incorporated on 21 May 2003. Viva Design applied to appoint insolvency practitioners Middleton Partners on 20 June.
Dorset-based Docs Colour Printing is one company owed money by Viva. Managing director Barney Stratton said he had dealt with Viva Design for about 10 years, but his company had been left with debts totalling over 10,000. Bourne End-based Ink Design & Print is owed 800 after payment stopped in May.
