Paul Sadler, who has been managing the installation of the firm's new Komori 38S press for the last nine months, becomes operations director.
Trevor Claydon, who previously worked in business development, takes on the role of commercial director.
The Suffolk-based print group has described the appointments as part of its rolling expansion programme.
