The 6m turnover label printing business, part of the Walsall Print Group, went into administration in December last year, with the loss of 35 jobs.
Financial services group PKF was appointed to the 111-year-old Walsall-based print firm on 1 December, with trading continuing since then.
PKF partner Brian Hamblin said he was in discussions with two interested parties was hopeful a sale would be concluded within "a week or so".
Although he declined to name the potential buyers, he confirmed that both were from outside of the business.
Other firms in the Walsall Print Group, which includes Walsall Security Printers, remain unaffected and continue to trade normally.
