ITM Communications, which has gone into administration, has debts and outstanding work-in-progress totalling 600,000 with Access Plus.
However, the rest of Access Plus business remains in line with last year, and it has also concluded that none of its other major customers represent similar risks after reviewing trading relationships.
In September Access Plus said it expected a stronger second half of the year as extra revenue filtered through from contract wins (PrintWeek, 20 September).
