Pavement was formed in February 2013 when Shea Kelly (right) and Bill Greenwood decided to build a company “we’d like to work with as clients”. The firm is continually looking at how things can be done better and faster and it seems to have worked; two and half years on Pavement has an enviable and growing client list.

‘Disrupt or be disrupted’ – okay we stole it, but it makes sense. We have to evolve everyday or get left behind

Lots of Macs, ZFS server, 24TR of data storage, a GMG proofer, an Xbox and
a kettle

Where do you see your business in five years’ time?

That’s impossible to answer. Anyone who has spent any time in the company of a teenager with a phone will know the media landscape is going to be a very different place when they turn into tomorrow’s consumers. Content is king, and our clients will need lots of it

What’s your team’s favourite biscuit?

Doughnuts rather than biscuits, the ring ones with icing on top, OMG!
