TOI adds four four-high towers to boost its printing capacity

Bennett & Coleman, publisher of the English daily newspaper, Times of India recently added four four-high towers to its existing Regioman web offset press at its printing plant in Bengaluru to increase its printing capacity.

Anil Bhatia, managing director at Manroland India, said: "We are proud to be associated with Bennett & Coleman as their technology partner since many years now. We are confident that this latest addition to their existing portfolio of Manroland presses will enhance their production capacity to meet the growing circulation demand in Bengaluru city."

Regioman press has a four-page wide plate cylinder with a single plate circumference, enabling the press to print four full colour broadsheets (front and back) in one pass, thus offering the printing house maximum flexibility regarding page count and number of sections.
