Simon Carrington, Lloyd Bromhead and Andrew Drummond have all taken on roles at the business after joining from St Ives Westerham Press.
Carrington and Bromhead have joined the group's sales team while Drummond will lead a client services team and report to group managing director Richard Osborne.
Carrington said: "The corporate reporting sector is changing and our clients require different print solutions to those they needed a few years ago.
"We are faced with shorter print runs and tighter schedules. The investments made by Pureprint in the last few years have targeted this market and we can now offer the quality, speed and flexibility our clients are looking for."
Commenting on the appointments, Mark Handford, chief executive of Pureprint, said: "I have known Simon, Lloyd and Andrew for some time and have been impressed with the quality of their work.
"I am confident that they will help the group further grow its presence in the financial and corporate print sectors as well as providing excellent service to our existing corporate clients."
