Kama to bring world first to Ipex

Finishing kit manufacturer Kama will unveil a world first for its ProCut 74 die-cutter at this year's Ipex.

The machine will be on Kama's stand with a honeycomb plate system, which allows the machine to produce holograms.

Also on the company's stand will be a demonstration of a complete workflow of hot foiling, embossing and die-cutting on the ProCut 74, alongside stripping on the TXR-800 blank separator of co-exhibitor AN Machinery.

The KAMA ProFold 74 will be shown for the first time equipped with a capacity folder device, turning station and pocket folding unit.

Kama will also introduce the new ProFold Configurator, an interactive software package tool, which can determine an optimised set-up plan for the folder gluer.

Managing director Marcus Tralau said: "We are delighted to display the latest innovative capabilities of this clever machine.

"We look forward to welcoming visitors to our stand to discuss the exciting opportunities available within the print finishing sector when using Kama products."
