The developer claims it reduces administration and improves response time. Accura is also introducing new features into its CRM module, including customer-service tickets and improved email synchronisation with Outlook.

This reissued product will be backed up by a free booklet entitled Ultimate Guide to Lean Manufacturing in the Printing Industry and a series of seminars called ‘Introduction to Lean’ run by a Vision in Print senior process engineer. The seminars will take place on every day of the show on the company’s stand at 11.30am.

A new estimating package will also be previewed, as will an alternative estimating set-up using the Integration Manager cXML link to Haybrooke Associates’ route-based estimating package PDQ. A dedicated integration lounge will show JDF automation to Agfa, Kodak, Metrix and Heidelberg kit. Tharstern will also provide the fully integrated MIS for the Ipex Daily.

New for Ipex from the digital print MIS is DigiQuote Dashboard – a date-filtered sales analysis tool providing instant feedback on key performance indicators, including quote value, profit contribution and conversion rates by each salesperson. Simplification of the DigiQuote product is coupled with new features, including specific markups and enhanced price-targetting plus improved purchase order management. Day board JobControl has also been simplified and a new ‘Priority’ function added. An ‘Overload’ warning indicates when the capacity has been exceeded on a particular day.
