Fujifilm 'secured 6m' in deals at Drupa

Fujifilm has said that it secured "more than 6m worth of UK business" during the two weeks of Drupa.

This year's show saw Fujifilm positioned in the digital hall for the first time, which the company said "proved to be the perfect location".

Keith Dalton, director of Fujifilm Graphic Systems UK, said: "This really has been a landmark year for us at Drupa. It's been the first opportunity we've had to show Fujifilm's significant technological developments in the inkjet and digital printing arenas.

"With a wide variety of exciting new products and technologies on show which greatly expand our customer offering, we've had a great deal to shout about."

He added: "From the unveiling of the Jet Press 720 and our flexo plate announcement, to the arrival of the first truly cross-media workflow with Fujifilm XMF, we've demonstrated just why we're the market leader in the graphic arts industry."
