Cirencester Print Finishers has gone into liquidation, with the loss of seven jobs.

An MBO team has acquired the business and assets of the Arjowiggins Fine Papers and Arjowiggins Chartham businesses, securing 559 jobs.

Unite the Union in Ireland is taking legal action against Nicholson & Bass over its treatment of employees who were affected by restructuring at the Belfast business last month.
