Innotech Digital extends portfolio with VistaMax range

Wide-format consumables supplier Innotech Digital has developed a new ‘essentials’ range of self-adhesive vinyls and laminates to plug gaps in its portfolio.

The VistaMax range, which was made commercially available last week, comprises a raft of everyday products including monomeric lamination films, air escape vinyls, matt and gloss white and greyback vinyls.

Innotech said the vinyls are designed for quick and easy application and can be effectively protected by the lamination films included within the range for optimal colour and performance.

The range includes the 100mic Monomeric Permanent White Air Escape Vinyl 100 (gloss or matt) and Monomeric Permanent White Greyback Vinyl 100 (gloss or matt), and the 80 or 100mic Monomeric Permanent White Gloss or Matt Vinyl.

These substrates are targeted at applications including indoor and short-term outdoor signage, POS advertising and window decoration. They are suitable for use with solvent, eco-solvent, UV-C and latex inks.

Also available is Monomeric Removable White Matt Greyback Vinyl 100, a 100mic removable substrate that can also be used with solvent, eco-solvent, UV-C and latex inks.

Finally, Monomeric Lamination Films - gloss and matt options – are 60mic PVC lamination films designed for application to printed vinyl. Suitable for use with compatible vinyls from the VistaMax range, these films are coated with an 18g clear acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive for reliable application.

All of the products in the range are available in 1.37m or 1.6m widths on a 50m-long roll.

“We did a lot of research to find the best range that people are needing and at the correct price point. We’ve developed VistaMax off the back of that research to meet those demands,” said Innotech Digital marketing manager Kieran Dallow, who added he expects the air escape vinyls to prove particularly popular due to their ease of application making them attractive to non-professional installers.

“I also think the standard gloss and matt 80 and 100mic vinyls will be popular – they are like the bread and butter for a lot of signmakers.”

While prices were not disclosed, Dallow said the VistaMax range would be able to compete with established alternatives on the market.

Based in Bardon Hill in the East Midlands, Innotech Digital is the sole UK distributor for Kinetix Magnetic Media, Vistaflex and Imagetech as well as being the principal UK reseller of DGCal's self-adhesive vinyls.

In July the business became an authorised UK distributor for US manufacturer General Formulations’ digital print media, self-adhesive vinyls, overlaminates and mounting films.

It supplies a large range of display graphics hardware such as pop-up displays, tension framing systems, roller banners, outdoor displays and totems, lightboxes and POS accessories as well as presentation media such as whiteboards, LCD mounts and tablet displays.
