Managing director Vince Scardarella started the firm 34 years ago with his brother. “We started as a repro company and it was natural for us to move into litho and digital printing considering our experience in managing high-end quality reproduction of colour images,” he says.

Colourgraphic Arts has moved three times to ever-larger promises as the business has grown – all within the Bordon, Hampshire area

How many staff do you have?

We have 17 full-time staff plus four part-time, and with access to four more part-time workers in our hand finishing department at peak periods

What does your firm do? 

Everything from multi-language brochures to layflat books, DM and complex hand finished products. No job is too small or too big. Quality is a given!

Mostly the south of England

Finance, property, automotive, retail, government, education, travel, leisure, pharmaceutical, etc, etc…

What’s your USP?

Our clients involve us at the beginning of a project so that we can advise on the most cost-effective yet premium quality solution to their requirement. We also make sure that our clients’ brand is on message in any communication we produce for them

What’s your company’s motto?

We have a mascot – the company dog, Alphie. Does that count?

What equipment do you run?

Heidelberg and Canon presses. Most finishing can be carried out in-house 

What’s been your proudest achievement in the past few years?

Finalist, Brochure Printer of the Year at the PrintWeek Awards for two years running. Third time lucky in 2017?
